In recent years, Jordan Brand has struck gold of sorts by digging into their archives to resurrect and release samples of the OG variety that never hit retail. That streak continues with the Air Jordan 1 Rare Air, said to be an alternate variation of the OG AJ1. While tooling, silo and composition are all but identical to that of the ’85 favorite, the main difference comes in the form of the branding — namely the ‘Air Jordan’ tagging on the collar and ‘Nike Air’ on the heel.
Seen today from US11 are pics of “Max Orange” and “Cool Grey” takes. Not a bad alternate to “Chicagos” and “Shadows,” respectively. Keep it locked to Nice Kicks for an official Jordan Release Date.
