On has unveiled the On Cloudboom Strike LS “White/Flame” pair, showcasing the brand’s latest breakthrough in performance footwear. At the heart of the new performant runner is the LightSpray technology, a pioneering upper crafted through a single-step manufacturing process that sets new standards for efficiency and design.

Uniting robotics and materials innovation, this unique process cuts a decades-old, multi-part process into a three-minute, minimal-waste step.

On Running

The LightSpray machine fuses 1.5km of filament in a complex pattern onto a high-performance racing midsole, forming the complete shoe upper in a single step with no glues or seams. Functioning as a second skin, the Cloudboom Strike LS upper upholds a precision fit, supporting the foot where it’s needed and feeling invisible where it’s not.

Complementing the advanced upper, the Cloudboom Strike LS features a rocker shape and Speedboard technology for explosive propulsion. The Helion superfoam midsole provides a responsive, cushioned ride, while a carbon-infused plate adds stability and speed.
