The Patta x Nike Air Max 90 “Waves” is Forecasted to Make a Splash in 2025

Patta and Nike have more on the way as the Patta x Nike Air Max 90 “Waves” is arriving in 2025.

The Patta x Nike partnership began in 2006, marking the start of one of the most revered collaborations in sneaker culture.

Known for bringing Amsterdam’s street style to classic Nike silhouettes, Patta has particularly redefined the Air Max 1, adding unique color palettes with the recently retroed “Chlorophyll” colorway and its signature “Waves” series that took over a slate of Air Max 1s in 2021.

Through the years, Patta’s storytelling has brought Dutch culture to the forefront with each release. The Patta and Nike will continue, this time on the Air Max 90 while reviving the “Waves” design.

The Patta x Nike Air Max 90 “Waves” arrives in a classic look with grey, sail, black, and blue across the leather, suede, and mesh aspects of the legendary AM90. Additionally, the leather mudguard is reimagined to live up to the “Waves” nickname. Although one colorway has surfaced so far, we hope more are on the way like the AM1 series.

The Patta x Nike Air Max 90 “Waves” releases in 2025 via Patta.NL, SNKRS, and select retailers in 2025.
