Ron Artest’s move to and chemistry with the Los Angeles Lakers is some of the biggest news in this early NBA season. His move to Peak in the last few years? Not so much. But Ron’s sneakers are definitely a unique look in the Hyperize- and TS Cut Creator-dominated league. You’ve seen these signature sneakers in Kicks On Courtnumerous times, including today’s feature, but now we have a close up look at these shoes.
The uppers on these feature a triangle-based pattern in the mid-panel, with snakeskin on the midsole and mudguard. These are obviously not the Lakers-inspired colorway, as they feature light blue contrast stitching and logo outlining. Black is also used around the ankle and for the Peak logo, which appears as the focus of the upper. We also see the Xcel-U label used on the underside of the sole and down the tongue.
