Five days in! Things are moving quickly. We just finished working on our briefs, the next step today was sketching. After having a good intro this morning, we were fortunate enough to have 52 Limited, a portland based design recruitment agency, that helps with job placements for contract work. The two representatives were Lydia and Brooks, and they spoke to the class on what exactly they do, their connections with certain industries, how to approach showcasing work in your portfolio, and knowing where we want to go in terms of work. Following up with that we were able to speak with some designers in the industry, which included Pensole alumni.
