To kickoff Black History Month and subsequently celebrate Super Bowl 52, Pharrell Williams and adidas Football today showcase an exclusive edition of the Speedfactory Cleat. Its message rings resounding true on the start of a month designed to symbolize equality for all.
With the words “Liberty” and “Justice” written across each shoe, the budding style is predominately seen in a yellow glow with supporting red and green shades as secondary complements. The color trio could easily be tied to Jamaica, but there is no evidence to verify Pharrell’s thinking to that end.
It’s unlikely any players will lace up these Speedfactory cleats for Super Bowl 52. However, you can grab a further look for yourself below.
