Pharrell Williams’s impact is unmatched. The musical genius and visionary sneaker collaborator continues to level up surpassing his past achievements. The master of all is going above and beyond as Williams launches a non-profit aimed to help Black and Latinx start-ups.

Black Ambition, the non-profit which was name dropped in his song with Jay-Z earlier in the fall, aims to provide support while also closing down on the wealth gap.

The start-up applicants must be Black or Latinx with a focus on tech, design, healthcare, and consumer products and services.

The grand prize winner for The Black Ambition Prize will receive up to $1 million in funding and at least nine additional teams will receive smaller prizes. Learn more over at the Black Ambition website.

Shoutout to Pharrell for doing the right thing.
