While much of the talk surrounding Pharrell Williams’ partnership with adidas lately orbits his NMD Hu line, the earliest moments of the union centered around the Superstar and Stan Smith. A color wheel of styles helped birth the line back in 2015, and now another from the latter is on the horizon with inspiration drawn from India.
Inspired by the Holi festival that takes place in the region each year, its vibrant purple theme blankets this upcoming Stan Smith set to release this March. If you remember, there is also an NMD Hu “Holi” set to release early next month as well. It’s believed the two will come in a set.
