When it comes to sneakers, P.J. Tucker doesn’t play around. The 76ers Power Forward has pairs for days as he has been a longtime collector and lover of the game. Now, the NBA star is giving up some of the rarest pairs from his personal collection to benefit the Sixers Youth Foundation.
Together, Tucker and the Sixers Youth Foundation will be hosting a charity auction to raise funds for the Philadelphia youth and equip the upcoming generation with necessary resources. The auction offers seven pairs, all of which have been signed by P.J. Tucker himself.
The sneakers up for auction include two PE colorways of the Nike Zoom GT Cut 2, a Nike Zoom GT Run PE, a custom Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Prada Floral Print,” the LeBron 7 PE “Kentucky,” the Nike Hyperdunk “Philly Cat,” and the Air Jordan 3 “White Cement.”
We are so grateful to partner with P.J. Tucker for the [third annual] Sixers Youth Foundation sneaker auction. P.J. truly represents what it means to be a 76er–using his platform and voice to give back to the communities where our fans live, work and play.
P.J. jumped at the opportunity to participate, and his generosity underscores how this event continues to gain momentum and make a difference for our local youth each year.
Marjorie Harris, Chair of the Sixers Youth Foundation.
