Jerry Lorenzo, founder of Los Angeles-based streetwear brand Fear of God, recently previewed his inaugural footwear collection.

Known for his signature style that juxtaposes street and drapey, vintage rock sensibilities, his shoe takes on a militaristic aesthetic with rich boot heritage. Leather fabrication makes for a contemporary appeal alongside zip closure on the medial siding. An imposing rigged midsole offers height while a padded ankle collar furthers the shoe’s assertive stance.

Buried acutely within the shoe’s sartorial presence, minimalism shines through. Absent of branding, the tongue remains clean aside from great stitch work while the panelling matches the cleanliness of the perforated toe.

Give the Fear of God footwear collection a preview below and stay tuned for release details.
