| If you recall, Jordan Brand released an Air Jordan 1 Retro that took its inspiration from A Tribe Called Quest’s album cover (Midnight Marauders). This sneaker, which released this past February, was well-received by many. However, both sides’ collaborative work is far from finished.
According to A Tribe Called Quest member Q-Tip’s Twitter, he and Nike have linked up to “make a crazy new shoe.” He also stated that the name of the sneaker would be the Abstract Dynasty. The Dynasty is a model seldom used by Nike. With that said, it was used as a collaborative canvas for the Nike x Mighty Crown collaboration as well.
