Redman’s been a staple of rap music for almost two decades now, so it’s only fitting that he finally gets a chance to influence a sneaker of his own.

Well, Red’s paired with Adidas to do just that, spreading his influence all over these Superstar II. Keeping the classic classic shell-toe design all-white, as well as most of the sole, where red splatters pay tribute to his debut LP, Whut? Thee Album. The upper is almost completely red suede, with a leather heel cap. The standard three stripe design can be seen in black along the side. On the sole in the rear you can clearly see “Redman” embossed in the rubber, as well as another tribute under the Adidas plant design near the collar. And if you didn’t know it was a collaboration by the time you get to the tongue, Redman’s image and name are emblazoned in silver, black and white, just in case.
