Allen Iverson answered doubts of his NBA success in his rookie season, and Reebok renamed his signature model in honor of his spectacular play. The Reebok Answer I was the first basketball shoe to feature DMX technology, and introduced the I3 logo. Strategically placed patent leather added a touch of street fashion to the performance sneaker. Iverson’s memorable rookie season, which saw him win the NBA Rook of the Year Award, is commemorated on the inside of the tongue label. Today, you have your chance to own a piece of history as the Reebok Answer I will hit shelves at select retailers. Draped in its original color scheme, the retro sneaker is almost an exact replica of the 1997 sneaker. Take a look at our detailed photos below, and let us know if the Reebok Answer I is on your list to cop.
