Inspired by Shawn Kemp’s original commitment to the University of Kentucky, Wildcat blue and white make up the Reebok Kamikaze II “Letter of Intent”. As a McDonald’s All-American, Kemp chose to go to Lexington and be a part of one of the most storied programs in the country. Due to some academic complications, the thunder-dunking forward was forced to transfer to Trinity Valley Community College, where he only stayed for one semester before he entered his name into the NBA draft. This colorway of the Kamikaze II pays homage to the opportunity cost of UK.

White leather and big blue suede make up this commemorative sneaker, which will be releasing August 16th. Are you going to stay true to Reebok’s Kentucky blue?
