Inspired by the candid and carefree energy of Gen-Z, Reebok gets real with the all-new Reebok “My Name Is” Collection. The lineup includes a number of ‘80s footwear styles, all of which are introduced in the collection’s mockumentary-style campaign video that pokes fun at the overproduced brand advertisements of today.
Starring the Reebok Classic Leather, Reebok Club C 85, Reebok BB 4000 II, and Reebok LT Court, the “My Name Is” Collection is brought to life throughout the boldly embroidered names across the tongue of each ‘80s Reebok sneaker fused with branding and colors from its ‘90s performance design catalogue. The collection is complete with a matching retro apparel lineup inspired by Gen-Z’s confidence and individuality.
As Reebok’s historic running show, the Reebok Classic Leather is reimagined as a contemporary classic with a leather upper, EVA midsole, and rubber outsole in archival colors.
The Reebok Club C 85 is an iconic tennis sneaker that can be worn on-or-off the court as the easy-going silhouette has a leather upper, rubber midsole, and outsole. The sneaker is mostly White, with hints of Green popping out on the Reebok branding and tongue embroidery.
For a casual game-ready look, you’ll need the Reebok BB 4000 II in your rotation. The archival basketball silhouette is built with a White leather upper, EVA midsole, and rubber outsole. The sneaker is complete with a Navy Blue Reebok vector and monochrome “BB 4000 II” embroidery on the tongue.
Rounding out the pack is the Reebok LT Court. The low-profile ‘80s court model complements the rest of the collection as it has a White leather upper with Grey suede overlays and Aqua highlights throughout.
The Reebok “My Name Is” Collection drops on April 4, 2023. Prices range from $85-$100. To purchase, visit Reebok.com/My_Name_Is and select retailers. For more sneaker news and release dates, follow @NiceKicks on Instagram.
