Dee Brown helped make the Reebok Pump technology famous when he pumped up his pair of Omni Lites during the 1991 NBA Slam Dunk contest. Now Reebok Classic pays him homage with the return of his own signature shoe, the Pump D-Time in a special colorway celebrating his roots. Inspired by the colors of his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, where Dee played college basketball for the Jacksonville Dolphins, the shoe receives a premium nubuck leather upper in teal with orange, white and blue accents. Included is the original checkered mesh paneling found on the original D-Time release, along with Hexalite cushioning in the heel and the iconic orange Pump on the tongue. The Reebok Pump D-Time “Jacksonville” will be available at select Reebok Classic retailers beginning October 25th. Check out photos from Culture Kings below.
