Many of you may have watched Glenn Robinson III take part in the National Championship game with his University of Michigan teammates this past college basketball season. However, his father Glenn “Big Dog” Robinson was a great college basketball player, and was selected as the first overall draft pick in the 1994 NBA Draft. Reebok gave “Big Dog” Robinson a signature shoe in 1996 entitled the Reebok Rail. The shoe featured a black nubuck upper with white leather decorating the midpanels. A color splash was provided in the form of a single nubuck swipe that pierced through the white leather. Hexalite cushioning and subtle, embossed branding completed the tenacious look of the shoe that personified the Big Dog’s game.

Those in attendance at Agenda in NYC this past week got a Reebok Rail retro preview that showcased the shoe in three colorways. Keep it locked to Nice Kicks for release details. Do you remember the Reebok Rail? Are you going to pick up a pair when they drop?
