Fans of Shaquille O’Neal’s 1993 Shaq Attaq, mark your calendars as an “MVP” colorway is about to hit shelves.

Nodding to the OG pair from the 90s, the upcoming Reebok Shaq Attaq “MVP” celebrates O’Neal’s prime years with the Los Angeles Lakers during the early 2000s when he secured multiple MVP titles including a trifecta: league MVP and back-to-back finals MVP in 2001 and 2002.

The Reebok Shaq Attaq “MVP” sports a primarily white leather construction with contrasting black on the wavy overlay, tongues, collars, and laces. Further nodding to O’Neal’s career with the Lakers is the gold and purple hits found on the branding, lace locks, and throughout. Lastly, the pair is rounded off with signature Pump technology.

The release of the Reebok Shaq Attaq “MVP” follows the announcement of O’Neal being named President of Reebok Basketball earlier this month. He first signed with the brand in 1992.

“When I joined the brand back in ’92, never did I think I’d be sitting where I am today,” commented Shaq in an official press release. “This is a true full-circle moment for me, and I couldn’t be more proud or more excited. I’ve had a lot of different roles in my life, but this one is probably the most special.”
