More often than not, it’s easy to find a sneaker in your size. Maybe not the brand or specific colorway but chances are you can walk into your neighborhood boutique or a big-box store and find at least one shoe. That is unless you’re a size 22+.

Meet Eric Kilburn Jr. — the 14-year-old from Michigan who is struggling to find anything in his size.

His story and shoe size went viral after his mom created a GoFundMe page asking for help & support in getting shoes made for Eric.

After a few brands already reached out to make custom shoes for the teen, Reebok and the Big Diesel himself reached out to send Shaq’s shoe and other ‘Bok staples in Shaq’s sizes using a specific last for Superman.

After sending a few pairs over, Eric and Shaq connected over the phone with the longtime Reebok athlete offering words of support and encouragement for Eric and his journey.
