Reebok’s budding Sock Run.r is one of their most compelling new silhouettes of the year. A modern knit design that saw the origin of its construction reach the height of its powers last year, is poised to add a second lifespan to the high arching comfort of contemporary sock runners.
First released in a limited edition black colorway this past May, new iterations of the shoe — including this vibrant blue execution — are set to drop this Friday, June 8th. In tandem, the previously unidentified Reebok Run.r 96 will debut this weekend as well.
An entirely new silhouette of a more technical volition comes with a mixed material, mesh forward upper enclosed by paneled detailing. A lace toggle adds a different dynamic to the low-cut sneaker which shares midsole and outer construction as its calf reaching counterpart.
Turning a sartorial corner with innovation and cleanliness, Reebok ushers in summer with two of its most exciting releases of 2018.
Both the Reebok Sock Run.r and Run.r 96 will be available in-store only June 8th at Barneys, SSENSE and Opening Ceremony.
