Tomorrow, Jordan Brand will unleash its second Air Jordan Retro of 2011 in the form of the “Playoffs” Air Jordan 13, for $160. Since the beginning of the year, this shoe has undoubtedly been one of the more highly-anticipated sneaker releases of the year (see our 18 Sneakers We’re Looking Forward to in 2011). Originally released in 1998, the “Playoffs” Air Jordan 13 was ironically debuted by MJ in the 1998 NBA All-Star Game. Yet, he wore them consistently during the 1998 NBA Playoffs. Its mainly black-colored base is comprised of leather/suede and features a white midsole and varsity red outsole. It also possesses a varsity red Jumpman logo encircled in a vibrant yellow ring. As stated earlier, the “Playoffs” Air Jordan 13 will hit retailers tomorrow for $160. Is this a definite purchase for you?
