RISE x FILA Cage “New York is for Lovers”

The latest collaboration to draw inspiration from the Big Apple comes in the form of the RISE x FILA Cage “New York is for Lovers.” Long Island’s newest sneaker shop, RISE, has been in operation for eight months now, and they are celebrating their successful start with this special group project with FILA. Utilizing the recently-revived FILA Cage, this take features bold red suede on the entire upper, which is paired with a speckled midsole and tumbled leather ankle collar. Embroidered with a pixelated heart logo on the front of the tongue, the “NYIFL” Cage sheds light on the research and development battle for an HIV/AIDS cure. Donating a portion of the proceeds of the “New York is for Lovers” to organizations that are working on a cure, these special NYC FILAs will release in-store at RISE on June 27th, with remaining pairs hitting their web shop June 30th.
