New Balance’s skate division, Numeric, has joined forces with the Tony Ferguson-founded RONE for a clean Tiago Lemos 1010 that’s ready to take on the streets.
The RONE x New Balance Tiago Lemos 1010 features a low-profile crafted from full-grain tumbled leather, including the liner, dipped in fresh white. Contrasting grey arrives on the profile “N” insignias as well as the outsole. It wouldn’t be a collaborative sneaker without co-branding. “RONE” is seen engraved on the dubraes, lateral rear, as well as the individual dust bags for each shoe. Further elevating this skate-worthy offering is the New Balance’s dual-density FuelCell midsole for added cushioning.
“I’ve been wearing New Balance forever, and Tiago is one of my favorite skaters, so this project is very special to me. Tiago’s raw talent, power, and style is reminiscent of the ‘90s but with next-level pop. You can tell that he’s inspired by, and is paying homage to, that era while also pushing skating forward. This collaboration feels like a perfect encapsulation of the past, present, and future.”
– Tony Ferguson
