Ronnie Fieg is New York as the Queens native is the first-ever Creative Director for the New York Knicks.

The ascension of the Kith founder comes as no surprise as he’s worked within every facet across multiple industries from BMW, Versace, and Coca-Cola to ASICS, Nike, and New Balance. Fieg’s latest creative endeavor serves as a homecoming and full-circle moment.

After working with the New York Knicks for the past thorough seasons as a part of the team’s City Edition collections with Nike, Fieg officially joins the team with the new role.

I think they saw the passion I have for the team, and they wanted to take what we were doing together to the next level.

We shared long conversations about what the Knicks not only mean to the League, but to the world. Through these conversations, as well as the Kith partnership, they understood my vision and we began to shape this opportunity to do some very special things.

The appointment arrives the same week that Fieg and Kith debuted the Knicks’ 2022-2023 City Edition uniforms. In typical fashion, the designer tapped New York legends Raekwon and Ghostface Killah and Knicks guards Jalen Brunson and Derrick Rose for the rollout.

Fieg’s work will continue as his creative prowess and commitment to the team that calls The Mecca home.

The Kith founder is the latest fashion-turned-sports director as Don C joined the Chicago Bulls and Rhude’s Rhuigi Villaseñor joined the Arizona Coyotes.
