Ronnie Fieg has been on a roll this week. Just a few days removed from the unveiling of his collaboration with Amsterdam footwear brand Filling Pieces, Fieg took to his Instagram yesterday to tease his latest collaboration with adidas. The NYC-based sneaker designer and serial collaborator stated on the podcast Juan Epstein!, that the latest collaboration would fall within the adidas Consortium imprint. Taking satorial inspiration from the NYPD, Fieg has constructed his latest design to pay homage to New York’s Finest. With this in mind, Fieg also states that some of the proceeds from the collaboration will help benefits the families of the victims of 9/11. Props to Ronnie Fieg and adidas for continuing to support those affected by the tragic events of September 11th, 2001.
