Ronnie Fieg gave us another peak at an Asics gem recently. Inspired by his hometown New York Knicks, this pair of Asics GT Quicks is next in line to challenge the GT-II “Aqua” as the top unreleased sample from this designer.
Grey suede wraps around the heel, combining with white leather on the toe to provide a clean base for the brighter accents. Orange suede on the forefoot combines with a matching heel accent and blue suede throughout to complete the ode to the aforementioned hoops team. Perforated leather in the toe box and along the sides breaks up the all white toe. Where do these rank among recent Asics shoes we’ve seen?
