Rui Hachimura has gotten an Air Jordan 36 PE last summer for the Tokyo Summer Olympics and Jordan Brand are running it back with a new PE featuring similar vibes to other sneakers Rui has gotten from the Jumpman.
Taking similar cues from his Air Jordan 8 and Jordan Series 01, the sneaker uses a twine upper that is made of leno-weave which makes the upper durable and breathable with a crackled leather making up the upper half of the sneaker. Red accenting is seen throughout, most prominently on Rui’s logo and Jumpman on each sneaker respectively on the lace pocket and the striping on the midsole. The Air Jordan 36 uses a Zoom strobel setup with a black shank plate and a gum outsole to finish off the sneaker.
The Rui Hachimura x Air Jordan 36 “Global Game” is set to drop on May 23rd via SNKRS and at select retailers for $185. Check out the official photos below and stay tuned to our Air Jordan Release Dates page for all the latest drop dates.
