Salehe Bembury x New Balance 990v2 “Sand Be The Time” Set For Wider Drop

From the streets of Paris comes official release information on the upcoming Salehe Bembury x New Balance 990v2. Bembury has been busy at Crocs as of late, but this latest sneaker is a continuation of his domination at New Balance, which has offered the New Balance 574 and the New Balance 2002R.

Salehe knows how to balance neutral Earth tones with fantasy colors, which is what we see here on this latest New Balance 990v2. The upper is crafted with peach fuzz suede and is complemented by warm tangerine mesh. The midsole adds dimension to the orange accents, giving off a more pumpkin-inspired hue. The signature New Balance “N” is dressed in plum and corresponds with the small overlay on the toe, as well as the outsole. Finishing details include a silver overlay on the forefoot and plum 990 branding on the tongue.
