Salehe Bembury and PUMA are teaming up soon.
Although not much is known at the moment, the Salehe Bembury x PUMA partnership will be the latest accolade for the designer who has added new design language to every brand he’s worked with.
Bembury’s ascent in the sneaker world has been nothing short of remarkable. Initially making waves with Yeezy under Kanye West, Bembury’s creative prowess was soon recognized by Versace, where he helmed the luxury brand’s sneaker line. His collaborations solidified his status as a visionary, primarily with his New Balance partnership. Bembury’s style and utility-centered approach continued with Crocs, reinventing the classic clog into a must-have fashion statement with the Pollex remix.
Details about the partnership are still vague but fans of both the designer and the global footwear brand can look forward to a lifestyle shoe that is primed for function while still fashionable. Bembury was seen in what could potentially be his inaugural PUMA creation, which features an aggressive midsole design that carries over from his ANTA work and other influences.
The Salehe Bembury x PUMA partnership could begin its retail journey in the upcoming months, potentially as early as Spring 2025.
