Slam Jam Flips the Swoosh Logo on Upcoming Nike Dunk Collaboration

Nike has once again tapped famed Italian retailer Slam Jam for a whole new collaboration, this time focussing its Dunk silhouette.

The upcoming Slam Jam x Nike Dunk is set to release in two different colorways of “Light Gray” and “Black,” each constructed from leather and suede. The standout details include a transparent, rubber Swoosh insignia that extends from the medial and lateral walls to the heel, along with the flipped Swoosh logo spotlighted on the tongue tabs. Rounding out the final details is the translucent sole.

Slam Jam owner Luca Benini shared in an official press release, “I remember one of my first contacts with the Dunk happened thanks to the Air Jordan I when they came out in 1985. I then discovered its inspirational role.”

Both colorways of the Slam Jam x Nike Dunk are set to drop in October. “Light Grey” will release exclusively at Slam Jam on the 3rd via a raffle through slamjam.com and SNKRS. The “Black” outfit will land on the 30th at select retailers worldwide. A retail price has yet to be announced.
