Every year, the NBA Finals serve as the perfect intersection of sports, sneakers, and culture as the world’s best basketball players square off.
This year was no different as the Dallas Mavericks and Boston Celtics chased after the Larry O’Brien Trophy. With both teams headlined by Jordan Brand signature shoe athletes Jayson Tatum and Luka Doncic, it was only right that sneakers and sports were at the forefront of the Finals from the on-court product to the fan experience.
We teamed up with Sneaker Politics, a staple in the Sun Belt sneaker community with locations in Texas and Louisiana, for a watch party in Dallas as the Mavericks made a statement in defending home court in Game 4.
Food, drinks, music, and kicks were all present throughout the night, giving Maverick fans a taste of victory.
