Beijing-based retailer SoulGoods is teaming up with Nike on a trio of Dunk Highs that take inspiration from basketball, music, style, and art that spans 3 decades.
Each Dunk High takes from each respective decade with the Mac Attack-inspired ’80s colorway taking from classic basketball films and local street ball with the ’90s colorway representing the rock and hip-hop enthusiasts of the club scene. The ’00s colorway nods to longtime sneaker collectors and artists who witnessed the previous decades.
The footwear features graphic details like a “Soul Tiger” icon and the SoulGoods motto, “From Beijing to the World.” While the ’80s and ’90s versions have more neutral uppers, the 2000s model has a pink and blue print and the words “Never Change” and “Always Change.”
The SoulGoods x Nike Dunk High Collection is set to drop in the coming months via SNKRS and at select retailers. Check out the photos below and for all things Nike Dunk, head over to our Dunk Release Dates page.
