Next year marks the 20th anniversary of the widely acclaimed Air Max 97. And to kick off the celebration, Nike is releasing a colorway exclusive to Italy.
The Nike Air Max 97 has been especially popular in this region throughout its twenty year lifespan. Nike is rewarding the community with this iteration eerily similar to the OG “Silver Bullet” colorway. But the shoe finds distinction at the tongue and heel tabs where the Italian flag is noted. Packaging details also differ from the original.
Look for the Nike Air Max 97 Italian exclusive on October 5 at retailers like Slam Jam, NikeLabST18, One Block Down and LuisaViaRoma.
