The next release from the Star Wars x adidas Originals Collection has hit retailers, including Schuh-You. The Superskate Mid was the chosen model to pay tribute to the infamous Storm Trooper, and the shoe goes to great lengths to emulate the Dark Side’s foot soldier’s armor. Using an all white upper, similar to the costumes of the namesake characters, these adidas uses raised triple stripes, as well as toe and forefoot stitching to better resemble armor. Along the mid-panel there is a segment of blue and white diagonal stripes, while a black liner and tongue bring the look home. That tongue, like the other shoes is in the Originals Collection, features the character’s image on the label. |
