Mothers rejoice as the current adidas by Stella McCartney SS23 “WATER WORKOUT” Collection features an all-new maternity swimwear set. This bathing suit is the first of its kind from the Stella McCartney x adidas line and was created to provide expecting mothers with functionality and style.
Stella McCartney encourages women to feel good in their bodies and celebrate their baby bumps as the offered swimwear is a two-piece set. Inspired by the ocean, the swimwear features abstract prints and bold shades of blue, pink, and yellow. As part of adidas’ initiative to end plastic waste, the collection has been made in part with recycled materials with a fusion of soft and stretchy performance fabrics that allow the pieces to perfectly adapt with the body through each stage of the motherhood journey.
Our mission is to ensure sport is an inclusive space, and we are continuously innovating to cater to the needs of our community – at every stage of their lives. Following the launch of our maternity collection last season, I am so proud to introduce pieces that support new and expecting mothers as they find tranquillity and moments to move in water. We hope this swimwear two-piece helps to remove some of the barriers often faced when swimming pre- and postpartum.”
