StockX is raising its seller fees beginning in October 2022.
The resell and authentication platform sent out an email regarding its changes.
“Starting October 4, 2022, StockX is implementing a $4 shipping fee for all single-item shipments. We are making these changes to address cost increases across our network and ensure that we continue to provide a best-in-class experience for our customers,” StockX said in its email.
The company also stated that it will waive fees for Level 3, 4, and 5 sellers who bulk-ship sales of sneakers, shoes, apparel, and/or trading cards.
The $4 fee will not impact Existing Asks, but any Asks created on or after October 4 will see the $4 shipping fee raise.
StockX is the latest to implement fee raises as the eBay Authenticity Program announced a 12% raise on its fees for sneakers listed between $100-$150, which will also be implemented in October.
