The Supra EE Avenger, Erik Ellington’s new signature sneaker model, garnered an abundance of attention when we first showed it to you last week. Many of you complained about its Air Jordan IV-esque silhouette, while others welcomed the low-cut Surpa model. We now have photos of a few more, upcoming EE Avenger colorways and additional information.
Obviously, the Air Jordan IV attributes are present in the form of the sole construction, top/bottom laceholders among other elements; however, it also draws some of its design inspiration from the iconic Nike Air Tech Challenge II. Specifically, the 10 ridges located on the front part of the sole were first seen on the aforementioned Air Tech Challenge II. In addition, the visible air sole unit is reminiscent of both the Air Tech Challenge II and the Air Jordan IV. As for the colorways, one pair is dressed up similar to the black/cement grey Air Jordan IV, while another pair owns a white/grey leather makeup. Lastly, another pair owns a grey/black-white constructed of nubuck and patent leather. Look for the Supra EE Avenger to hit retailers this month. View detailed photos below.
