Street culture has always been synonymous with sneakers. The communities are one in the same, fueling one another each step of the way. Supreme, largely at the center of streetwear, is opening a new storefront in Brooklyn later this week. This, of course, won’t just be a place to cop box logo tees and more on Thursdays, but a place to score collaborative sneakers from the likes of Nike, Vans and more.
Opening its doors on October 5, the shop is located in Williamsburg at 152 Grand in the center of the borough. The shop will be anchored by a massive skate pool similar to the one at the Fairfax location, while the walls are filled with racks and shelves displaying Supreme gear and a stellar sneaker offering.
The shop’s grand opening this Thursday won’t feature a special edition sneaker release unfortunately. It will, however, play host to a box logo tee in a store-exclusive camo-print design.
