French designer Jean Paul Gaultier has been a force in global fashion dating back to the ’70s. Aside from his contributions in fashion and fragrance, Gaultier has equally been impactful in the realms of film and music.

In joining with streetwear staple Supreme for an upcoming collaboration, the time-honored brand makes a leap into footwear aiding Supreme in a set of newly designed Vans.

One component of a much larger capsule collection, Supreme and Jean Paul Gaultier [for footwear] choose to reconstruct the Chukka Pro and the Era Pro. Although not the most popular Vans styles when compared to their contemporaries, the duo is bolstered by adoring floral print juxtaposed against two-tone color blocking. The collaborative essence adds a unique punk rock elegance to the muted skate styles, which is refined with blacked out midsole tooling.

Look for the Jean Paul Gaultier x Supreme x Vans collection in-store at all Supreme locations and online at April 11. Japan will field and release the collection on April 13.
