The Hornets have officially returned to their home city of Charlotte, and it’s been a long road with plenty of twists and turns. Following the team’s rise in the ’90s, the expansion franchise moved to New Orleans in 2002. The Bobcats would later be birthed in Charlotte, and the N.O.
