Honoring his newly-minted home state franchise years before he’d take a front office position, the Air Jordan 5 “Grape” was the early intro to Hornets hues on basketball shoes. Worn more by Michael Jordan and Will Smith than any players on the Charlotte roster, this release helped paved the way for going loud on signature shoes.
