Air Jordan 1 traditionalists often throw an unjust amount of shade at the 1985 silhouette’s low-cut variation. But, as history has taught us, it’s more or less a push against progression as opposed to a disdain for style or aesthetics.
The Air Jordan 1 Low “Shadow” release, like the Black/Red and Black/Royal iterations before it, is a great shoe. “Nike Air” branding marks the tongue, the wings logo hits the heel and original color blocking is in place. What’s not to like? Or better yet, what exactly is there to hate?
