The Apartment x New Balance 574 “Mustard Dip”

Tokyo’s The Apartment has an upcoming collab with New Balance. Together the duo has pieced a New Balance 574 in The Apartment’s signature mustard hue. The Tokyo retailer specializes in East Coast fashion, so a collab between the two was imminent.

The silhouette is dressed in an all-grey upper crafted with mesh and suede materials. For some added flavor, the offering features a canary yellow toe box with embossed scripture reading “WE ARE DIFFERENT.” Returning motifs include New Balance branding on the tongue, midsole, and mid-panels. Wrapping up the design are yellow-tipped laces, a Heinz-inspired “We Ar Different Tag,” and rubber soles.
