The 1990s and early 2000s were an incredible time for print advertising, and luckily SLAM Magazine has been there to se the athletic industry’s best (and worst) efforts over the last two decades.
This week’s recap highlights a trio of distinctly different adidas ads featuring the likes of a young and once-striped-up Kobe, a painted hoop warrior and an Equipment BB spot with some terribly cheesy sharpie doodling. As nearly always, we’ve got a classic AI spot as well, and a Ludacris for Dada print ad that you 100% forgot was a real thing.
