The move came shortly after Kanye’s signing with adidas, though Drizzy and JB had been fam for years. The first perks of the partnership proved to be “OVO” themed Air Jordan exclusives, graced with gold and sporting stingray detailing, as seen by these Air Jordan 10s. Two pairs of Air Jordan 12 “OVO” PEs were made for Drake as well. Drizzy wore these on the road while touring the Nothing Was the Same album and on the sideline while supporting his Toronto Raptors. During the team’s Drake Night festivities, Champagne Papi passed out pairs to lucky fans and friends, with select sizes ending up on the likes of Amir Johnson and A$AP Twelvy.
