The Good – Jordan CP3.III “Chevron”

We have not seen the Jordan CP3.III as much as we liked due to the injury-riddled season Chris Paul has had; yet, this particular Jordan CP3.III “Chevron” is one of the best tribute sneakers we have seen in a very long time. It represents our ‘Good’ section because of the story behind it. This Jordan CP3.III draws its color inspiration from the Chevron Gas Station. Nathaniel Jones, Chris Paul’s grandfather, was the first African-American to own a gas station in North Carolina. His Chevron station opened in the middle of the civil rights movement in 1964. We must applaud Jordan Brand for designing a very nice sneaker that pays tribute to Paul’s family.
