We love the theme of this new Converse Jack Purcell “Pound”, a sneaker that is inspired by the British Pound form of currency. However, the execution of the inspiration is what shies us away. Maybe a solid-colored base with the face in minimal sections would have did the trick; the 3-D big faces, combined with its weird color scheme, make this Jack Purcell an interesting release to say the least.
