The sneaker community, while often ridiculed for one reason or another, is littered with enlightened individuals with thoughts far beyond just that of laces and soles. Long Island retailer Rise and PUMA act in testimonial fashion, with the upcoming release of their collaborative Blaze of Glory that aims to raise AIDS awareness.
The second such release from Rise and PUMA sees a blacked out silhouette peppered with red blocking while “Lost Ones” appears at the lace locks and hearts at the insoles.
A portion of the sales proceeds will admirably go to amFAR – the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Priced at $145, give the Rise x PUMA Blaze of Glory “Lost Ones” a look below and calendar February 6 for the drop at Rise.
