Hitting retailers in 2000, the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” would help usher-in the new era of Saturday specific Jordan releases. With the 2000 release scheduled for a Wednesday, as like many of the Jordan releases of years prior, the pandemonium behind the launch caused for many to miss school, scheduled appearances and provided further chaos at various retailers.
