For this week’s Throwback Thursday, editor Matt Halfhill brings us the blues, better known as the “Obsidian” Air Jordan 12s. As one of the five original colorways of the model, the Obsidians are the only AJ 12 that Michael never laced up on court. With that said, these kicks have been highly respected and sought after since their original release in 1997. Following a 15 year hiatus, and a low version in 2004, the “Obsidian” Air Jordan 12s are set to release this weekend. Are these sneakers on the list of your must-have kicks of 2012?
